I became a subscriber to Netflix shortly after they started renting out DVDs years ago. For about a year I was a member and the experience was nice. I cancelled my subscription for reasons I can’t remember now and over the years watched as they grew larger and larger. I remember reading the news about them having financial trouble and many wondered if they would be around much longer. They were able to pull through and are now the largest rental service on the planet.
Approximately a year ago, my wife decided she wanted to get back on the Netflix service. We did and have been enjoying the service since. My wife enjoys watching all the on-demand movies and television shows while I prefer to just get the DVDs in the mail. With the price as low as it is and with the convenience of the service, we plan to stay subscribers for the foreseeable future.
