Starting April 7th, iTunes will change the pricing of individual songs. The price on tracks which are considered popular will increase from $.99 to $1.29. Tracks not considered popular any longer will have a price decrease from $.99 to $.69. There has been talk about this happening for years. I guess I am in favor of this only because I don’t purchase the latest pop songs from Britney Spears, so most of the music I listen to may actually decrease in price overall.
I have not heard whether entire albums will increase or decrease in price.
