I’m having problems with Paypal. Before you say “So have I”, I want to say that I have had problems before as well. Just nothing on this level. I recently sold a laptop computer on eBay. The buyer disputed the sale and sent the package back to me. After opening the package, I realize that the computer I sent the buyer is not the computer they sent me back.

Paypal will do nothing to help. They tell me that there is no way to know what has happened since they don’t see the items before or after they are sent. After reading on several forums, it is clear that Paypal does not stand behind the sellers on eBay at all. You are completely on your own.

I hope I will get this settled. I have a lot of money riding on this and do not want to loose it. If anyone has any suggestions, please let me know.
