I have dealt with Amazon.com for many years now. Any time there is a problem, they have gone out of their way to get it fixed. The people I talk to over the phone are outstanding and as nice as one could expect. I have spent more money than I would like to think about with them and will continue to.

I just wanted to point this out since I am currently have problems with buy.com.
