This episode is not one of the better episodes of Mystery Science Theater 3000. It’s far from the worst. While there are funny moments, it can’t get past several long moments where not much happens. To me MST3K has a hard time with comedy’s like these movie. The movie is completely stupid which is normal for a MST3K movie, but it’s difficult to make fun of a comedy movie. While watching a Mystery Science Theater 3000 movie, it’s always better to have a movie that takes itself too seriously.
Manos, The Hands of Fate or Red Zone Cuba are much better in my opinion and take themselves much too seriously.
It’s worth watching, but don’t use this as an introduction to MST3K for someone.
